Hello, Sober Sisters! This week, we’re thrilled to unveil three delightful new mocktails that celebrate flavor and creativity without the alcohol. These drinks are perfect for any occasion and will make you feel fabulous while enjoying a refreshing beverage. The Rose

This elegant drink blends floral and slightly bitter notes, sure to impress any palate. Here’s how to make the perfect Rose mocktail:


Ingredients:

- 1 oz Wilderton Bittersweet Apertivo

- 1 oz Ginger Simple Syrup

- Ginger Simple Syrup Recipe: Combine equal parts fresh ginger (sliced) and sugar with water in a saucepan. Boil until sugar dissolves, then let steep for 30 minutes. Strain and cool.

- 1.5 oz Strong Hibiscus Tea (for best results, buy dried hibiscus flowers and steep them at home)


Instructions:

Shake all ingredients and serve over one large rock of ice.


This mocktail will tantalize your taste buds with its slightly bitter, floral, and sophisticated flair.




Spicy Apricot Martini Mocktail

For those who love a little kick, our Spicy Apricot Martini is the drink for you! It flawlessly balances spicy and tangy flavors.


Ingredients:

- 2 oz Wilderton Citrus

- 1.5 oz Spicy Apricot Puree

- Spicy Apricot Puree Recipe: Blend 3 apricots, 1 roasted jalapeño, and 1/4 cup sugar. Cook until it boils, then chill.

- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup

- 1/2 oz Tamarind Simple Syrup

- Tamarind Simple Syrup Recipe: Combine 1/8 cup tamarind concentrate, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup water, and simmer until mixed. then chill


Instructions:

Shake all ingredients and serve up in a martini glass.


This drink is delightfully spicy, tangy, and creates a beautiful medley of flavors!




Berry Basil Bliss

Last but not least is our Berry Basil Bliss, a refreshing concoction that is perfect for hot days.


Ingredients:

- 1.5 oz Hibiscus Tea (homemade)

- 1 oz Som Strawberry Basil Drinking Vinegar

- If you don’t have this, feel free to use your favorite berry shrub or drinking vinegar; muddle a couple of basil leaves for an added kick.

- 1 oz Simple Syrup

- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice

- 3 oz Soda Water


Instructions:

Shake the first four ingredients, then add soda water and stir. Pour over pebble ice in a Collins glass, using a strainer if basil was added.


This mocktail is tangy, refreshing, and has a delightful zing thanks to the vinegar, making it a light and delightful option for any occasion.
